Credit Unions
The changing role of credits unions in the financial services industry has grown complex over the years. At DeLeon & Stang, we understand the challenges you face. Our expertise is a direct result of our time spent working closely with a large and diverse group of credit union clients. In an industry where experience matters, we are familiar with your technology systems, we understand your operations and we speak your language.
Our team of five highly skilled professionals is made up of CPAs, is BSA/OFAC trained and has many years of experience performing certified audits, agreed upon procedures and compliance testing. Many hold a variety of professional designations or certifications and are active in credit unions and other professional organizations. Our professional team has over 10 years of combined experience to credit unions. We offer both external and internal audit services, compliance services and an IT policy and procedure reviews.
Common Interest Realty Associations
DeLeon & Stang specializes in providing accounting, tax and auditing services to community associations, condominiums, PUDS and cooperatives. Our team emphasizes obtaining a thorough understanding of our clients’ associations through intense planning to enable timely, reliable and efficient engagements. Our specialization, vast industry experience and commitment to professional excellence help ensure your association will receive high quality services at a reasonable cost. We can provide your association with personalized solutions and a level of service necessary to meet your association’s unique needs.
Our service team is led by several professionals, including one whose sole work is to serve common interest realty associations. We have over 10 years of combined experience to common interest realty associations. DeLeon & Stang is one of two firms with a specialty in serving common interest realty associations in the Greater Washington Metropolitan area. Our firm is also involved with the Washington Metropolitan Chapter Community Associations Institute (WMCCAI).
