DeLeon & Stang Acquires Local Accounting Firm

February 2, 2009 DeLeon & Stang, CPAs and Advisors is announcing that it has merged with Daniel G. Falk & Associates, effective January 15, 2009. The combined firm will be known as DeLeon & Stang, CPAs and Advisors. “This merger will only help improve our dedicated service to our clients,” said Al DeLeon, CPA, Partner of DeLeon & Stang. “Though we continue to grow, we continually strive to maintain our commitment to exceptional service and will never lose our close personal relationships with our clients.” The recent merger helps enhance the services of DeLeon & Stang by expanding its service offerings for its existing client base, as well as the newly acquired clients.
