June 2, 2009 Gaithersburg, MD – DeLeon & Stang, CPAs and Advisors is pleased to announce that Jeanie N. Price has been promoted to partner of the firm. “Since she joined the firm, Jeanie has demonstrated the leadership, motivation and technical skills necessary to be a strong firm leader,” says Allen DeLeon, CPA, PFS, partner of DeLeon & Stang. “These traits, combined with her vision and true compassion for our team, make Jeanie an ideal candidate for partner. Both Rich and I are confident in her abilities, and look forward to our future growth and success as a result of her influence.” Price joined DeLeon & Stang in 1991 as secretary and quickly progressed to director of administration. As a partner, she serves as an integral member of the firm’s team and oversees its technology, administrative and marketing initiatives. Price is involved in several professional organizations, serving as Co-President of the DC Chapter of the Association for Accounting Administration (AAA) and associate member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA). She has completed coursework at the University of Maryland. Price currently resides with her family in Mount Airy, Maryland.
